Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol.
The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, in 1,70 Euro on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
The rooms
All rooms are equipped with shower, separated from the toilet and bidet with heated flooring, HD satellite TV, tea service, mini-bar, safe, telephone, free wireless access, hairdryer, terrace and private balcony with the impeccable view on Lake Caldaro and the surrounding Dolomites!
Single accommodation
A double room used for single occupancy will involve a supplement of € 50 per day.
