The Pensione Edelweiss was built in the early 1970's and was a meeting point not only for the inhabitants of Caldaro, but also for Passionate bocce players! In 2009, the Fischer family bought the guesthouse, rebuilding and updating it to make it one of the most popular residences in Caldaro for its exclusivity and privacy.
